We lost Avery Ramon Kertamus to suicide on 7/15/2013 at the age of 15. We do not have answers as to why or what was going on but we have him and his legacy to help us as we persevere into advocacy for suicide prevention, education, and awareness. We will not stop fighting as he would not want us to. We will not allow the pain that he felt to be carried with us, we are choosing to carry forward the fight that he somehow lost in his way through his adolescent years. We are reviving his fight and reviving his love and reviving his caring for others.
